Osun Governorship Election: Calm as Osun Voters Turn Out

A large number of voters have gathered at AUD Primary School in Isale Osun, Osogbo, where Ata Oja B1 and B2 polling units of Ward 7 are located, as the Osun State governorship election takes place today.

Electoral officials were on ground early, alongside election materials, allowing the process to get underway without major delays at the polling location.

The turnout has been impressive, with voters arriving steadily to cast their ballots. Despite the large crowd, the situation remains orderly, with no case of violence or disruption recorded as of the time of filing this report.

Security personnel have also been deployed around the polling area and are maintaining a visible presence to ensure a peaceful electoral process.

At the time of this report, the exercise at the polling units is proceeding peacefully and without any reported incident.
